1. Appleby Creamery Hootenanny

A semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised goats milk. Pure white in colour; rich creamy texture gives way to fresh, delicate flavours.

2. Eden Chieftain

A creamy, award-winning close textured mature ‘cheddar style’ cheese made from pasteurised cows milk. A clean & well-rounded flavour that is perfect for both cooking and the cheeseboard Suitable for Vegetarians.

3. Eden Sunset

A smooth, close-textured cheese with a clean, mellow flavour and based on a Double Gloucester. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk it has a rounded buttery flavour. -Suitable for vegetarians.

4 Black Dub Blue

A creamy blue-veined cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. The milk is from Ayrshire cattle which is perfect for this style of cheese. This is a medium soft cheese which is creamy and rich, it derives a subtle contrast of flavour from the tangy veining. Suitable for vegetarians.

5 Eden Valley Brie

White mould-ripened brie cheese made with pasteurised Ayrshire cow’s milk. Its flavour fills the mouth with intensity and the luxurious creamy texture rounds off a sumptuous taste experience. Suitable for vegetarians.

6 Colston Bassett

Colston Basset Stilton is hand-made by Billy Kevan and his team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.

7 Kaltbach Alpine

is a firm pressed, deliciously smooth, Swiss mountain cheese made using the finest, fresh Swiss cream and cows milk. Kaltbach Alpine in matured in caves that are found in the Santenberg mountain in Switzerland, where the cheeses have been matured since the 1950’s. Kaltbach Alpine has all the qualities you would expect from any alpine cheese. It has a creamy, buttery and slightly nutty flavour and is a delicious alternative to Gruyere when cooking.

8 Bowland with Apples and Raisins

A unique creamy cheese made with apples, raisins and cinnamon to create a tangy, fruity cheese with both sweet and savoury notes.

9 Langres

Langres is a beautiful washed-rind cheese from the plateau of Langres in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. It’s distinctive orange, wrinkly rind comes firstly from the culture geotrichum candidum, which is added during the cheese making process and then regular washing in annatto, and then further washing in Marc de Bourgogne. It has a distinctive dimple on the top which comes from it only being turned once during the maturation process.

10 Black Bomber

The multi-award-winning Black Bomber is a modern classic. Marrying a deliciously rich flavour with a smooth creaminess, our flagship Cheddar cheese lasts long on the palate and remains demandingly moreish. Black Bomber has won awards at The British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards, and received a “Super Gold” award at Mondial du Fromage in France. 11 Clawson White Stilton

White Stilton is aged for four weeks and has a light, fresh flavour and crumbly texture. It is a great alternative to feta cheese and is delicious used in cheesecakes, or as a quick and easy dessert topped with figs and drizzled with honey. Try with Pinot Grigio for the perfect accompaniment.

12 Garstang Blue

Lancashire’s answer to blue cheese, Garstang Blue is a combination of a smooth creamy cheese with a mild blue taste. This is a perfect cheese for adding to sauces, or eating with charcoal crackers.

13 Cornish Yarg

Cornish Yarg is a nettle wrapped semi hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. Tangy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core, it consistently wins top international awards.

Cornish Yarg is all about the nettles!

The leaves, which attract naturally occurring moulds, are brushed onto the cheese in concentric circles. As the cheese matures, the edible wrap imparts a delicate, mushroomy taste and develops its unique bloomy white appearance.

Once matured, nettled Yarg is fresh, lemony and creamy under its beautiful rind, with an irresistible crumble in the core.

14 Eden Ivory

A hard ewes milk cheese; mild, creamy, with a sweet aroma and a nutty undercurrent. This cheese is a fabulous pasteurised alternative to Manchego which can be enjoyed in its simplicity with crusty bread. Suitable for Vegetarians

15 Blackjack – Vintage Cheddar with Charcoal

Blackjack is a Vintage Extra Mature Cheddar blended with charcoal.

16 Applewood Smoked Cheddar

17 Flakebridge

A smooth, hard-pressed, coloured cheese with a firm, slightly flaky texture and a subtle tangy taste. Based on a modified ‘Red Leicester’ recipe using pasteurised cows milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
